ESR Decorative Concrete Experts

ESR Decorative Concrete is a flooring subcontractor who specializes in Decorative Concrete, Concrete Polishing, Flat work, Stained Concrete, Epoxy Flooring, Stamped Concrete, and Overlays. We are actively looking to hire several floor installers to join the team. We are looking for construction minded people and are willing to train. This job entails work within a 50-mile radius of office but has the opportunity of travel.

The job sites consist of the industrial, commercial, and residential.

Responsibilities include:

-Unloading material, equipment, and supplies from the truck/trailer.
-Grinding, blasting, and cleaning of floors as well as removal of existing floors as needed.
-Applying stain, Acrylic, epoxy, and polyurethane coatings using various hand tools included but not limited to rollers, brushes, squeegees etc.
-Working from a kneeling, crouching, or bent over position frequently
-Operating handheld power tools as well as large upright equipment and vacuums.
-General job site clean-up as pertains to their scope of work.

The typical team reports to the office or jobsite at 8 AM each day and they generally work till 4-5 pm, unless night specific work is warranted. Candidates can anticipate working 30-50 hours per week. A typical crew travels in teams of 2-4 installers with a supervisor in charge.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working as a carpenter, concrete finisher, tradesman, or general laborer
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to travel
Great Communication Skills (written & verbal)
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
Ability to work Flexible Schedule (weekends, nights, long hours)
Able to lift up to at least 50 -75 lbs.
