Damaged decorative concrete floors repaired by ESR Concrete Staining
This 3-story condo had construction crews in and out of it for over one year during a major remodel. The floors where very damaged from different trades working on them over time. There was also major water damage from improper installation of the large windows at each end of the building that let water pour in the house each time it rained. These windows had been like this for 4 years while no one was living in the home. We came in and repaired the water damaged areas as well as blended in wall deletions throughout the condo. We then stripped the wax on the floors, re sealed, and waxed the floors. The floors turned out beautiful!
